This is a very old Viceroy, built by Houghton Sulky Company who is now out of business. The business has been bought by Jerald Sulky Company. It is all wood including the running gear and fits a large mini or very small pony. It was recently bought by one of my neighbors. The restoration was done by Dalton Dowdy of Jacksonville, FL who builds carriages for Disney.
